If you want to automatically sync your bookmarks with Dewey, it's actually really simple and, to jump to the end of the story here, it's already done by default. However, in this video, I'm going to show you how to toggle that on and off in case you decide that you do not want to auto-sync, or if you did that by accident and you want to turn it back on. If you go into your profile and hit settings under Integrations, you'll see an option to automatically sync X Twitter bookmarks. Right now, we only offer this for X, but in the future, as we add more social networks, we'll be sure to update this video so that you can see how to automatically sync from any social network you're using with Dewey.
Currently, it's auto-enabled. To disable it, you just hit disable, and it will indicate that autosync is now disabled. If you want to re-enable it, you simply click enable. This will happen in the background; you don't have to do anything. You can just keep bookmarking posts on X on Twitter as you see fit. Dewey will run a check every few seconds or so in the background—again, you don't have to do anything. It will look to see if there's anything new in your bookmarks and then pull them into Dewey. In the past, we relied on the API, which was really unstable. Today, this happens with our Chrome extension. So, if you have not already installed the Chrome extension, please go ahead and do that. If you're unsure about how to do that, look at our video entitled "Get Started with Dewey," and that will walk you through exactly what you need to do.
